На мой вопрос, Do you remember, how you recorded Midnight Dreamer in 1974, он ответил следующее:
Hello Ринго Маккартни,
Thank you for your message.
Yes, I do remember how I recorded Midnight Dreamer.
I recorded it with my engineer at Sound Techniques Studio in Chelsea on a 2” Studer 16 track analogue machine.
The studio was converted from a former dairy, and the control room was up some steps overlooking the recording area.
It’s now long gone unfortunately, but a lot of well-known albums of the period were recorded there.
I’m still pleased with the sound we got on MD, seeing that we used only one 16 track machine.
